Goals and Objectives

The Spread the Music Initiative 2025 aims to provide 100 underserved youth with access to a 20-lesson music education program. Through strategic funding, community engagement, and sustainable growth, we will achieve this milestone while strengthening our organizational capacity and expanding outreach.

2025 Goals

  • Raise $75,000 to support 100 students (2,000 lessons total).

  • Expand the $98 Club to include 10 new members across tiers ($25, $50, $75, $98).

  • Acquire at least one grant over $12,500 to boost funding.

  • Host four major public events to increase visibility and support.

  • Add three new committed board members to strengthen governance.

  • Build partnerships with one additional music school to extend reach.

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality music lessons and performances.

  2. Cheyrl Famali Parties: Typically 2–4 private party performances annually, providing funding in return.

  3. SWP Quarterly Events: Anticipated invitation to showcase performances and raise funds.

  4. House Party Bookings: Several private performances by students and musicians to raise additional funds.

  5. Shopping Extravaganza: Sell tickets for commission and put up a music booth at the Outlet Mall in San Clemente.

January 25, 2025 – New Year Showcase

Location: Stillwater Spirits and Sounds

  • A Student-Teacher Concert featuring 20–24 students performing live on stage with their friends, teachers, and families.

  • Food and drinks available.

  • Promoted through Arts For All, Danman’s Music, and Stillwater’s social media, email lists, and in-store flyers.

 

March 22, 2025 – Springtime Melodies

Location: Stillwater Spirits and Sounds

  • Another Student-Teacher Concert with 20–24 students performing live.

  • Food and drinks available.

  • Promoted via Arts For All, Danman’s Music, and Stillwater’s marketing channels.

 

April 27, 2025 – Redo Market Collaboration

  • Partnering with Lauren and the Redo Market to transform the youth section into an Arts For All feature.

  • Includes student and professional volunteer performers, an auction, and opportunities to collect donations.

 

 

July 2025 – Rhythm & Resin Festival

  • Collaborating with event planner Damien Brawner of Rhythm & Resin for their annual street fair.

  • Featuring student and professional performances to raise funds and provide community music.

  • Date TBD.

 

September 2025 – Ohana Festival

  • Partnership with Don Durban and Ohana Festival connections to explore potential fundraising opportunities.

  • Community engagement with Dana Point-based initiatives.

  • Date TBD.

 

September 27, 2025 – Back-to-School Bash

Location: Stillwater Spirits and Sounds

  • A Student-Teacher Concert featuring 20–24 students.

  • Food and drinks available.

  • Promoted via Arts For All, Danman’s Music, and Stillwater’s marketing outlets.

 

October 2025 – Arts For All 3rd Year Anniversary Gala

Location: Stillwater Spirits and Sounds

  • A gala event featuring ticketed entry, food, drinks, raffles, music performances, and donor networking.

  • Requires sourcing donors, planning logistics, and promoting attendance.

  • Date TBD.

 

October 12, 2025 – Halloween Monster Mash

Location: Stillwater Spirits and Sounds

  • A fun, spooky-themed Student-Teacher Concert with 20–24 students performing.

  • Food and drinks available.

  • Promoted through all partner platforms.

 

December 13, 2025 – Winter Wonderland Concert

Location: Stillwater Spirits and Sounds

  • A holiday-themed Student-Teacher Concert showcasing 20–24 students performing festive songs.

  • Food and drinks available.

  • Promoted via Arts For All, Danman’s Music, and Stillwater’s marketing channels.

 

December 14, 2025 – Leilani Civitas Realty Santa Event

Location: Del Prado, Dana Point

  • A festive meet-and-greet event featuring Santa and transforming Del Prado into a street fair.

  • Possible collaboration with Lauren and the Redo Market to include vintage Christmas-themed retailers.

  • Includes a stage for Danman’s Music and Arts For All students, auction items by Joshua Frager, and donations from local businesses.

  • Promoted through Arts For All, Danman’s Music, and Stillwater’s platforms.

Board Meetings and Governance

​Quarterly board meetings allow for strategic planning, progress updates, and decision-making on key operational areas. Typical agenda items include:

  • Financial Updates: Review of income, expenses, and financial projections.

  • Program Updates: Reports on student enrollment, lesson progression, and performance opportunities.

  • Fundraising Strategies: Planning for events, sponsorships, and donor engagement.
